These 153 apartments have studios,1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans that ranges from 890 square feet to 1,350 square feet. Contemporary kitchens, ceiling fans, decorative glass pendant lighting, select apartments feature oversized patio balcony with spectacular views and walk-in closets, and secured building access. THE CHARLOTTE CLUB apartments are to be some of the most sustainable in Charlotte designed to U.S. Green Building/LEED® Silver Standards, featuring energy-star appliances, energy-efficient lighting and mechanical system, storm windows and doors and high- efficiency plumbing fixtures, equipment and materials.

  • Estimates are intended to identify benefits to local economies from major capital investments. The direct and in-direct plus permanent 2,500 plus job estimate is based on the developer’s investment in the Charlotte Region, minus costs for these items: right-of-way, insurance and financing. The estimate includes temporary and full-time jobs during the design and construction period (FY2016-FY2019). As is typical with construction-related jobs, these jobs will dissipate as construction ends. These jobs are to last between 10 to 36 months. This estimate includes all jobs created by the project.

Our objective and strategy for The Charlotte Club project will be to create an environment of “Lifestyle”  a sense of belonging that caters to the our potential guests, tenants and owners so they see the product and services as a need in terms of benefit and cost. Our competition will be whole owned real estate condos, hotels, apartments and condo converting to apartments. Creation of the “Lifestyle” concept, especially the fractional component, attracts buyers need and cost verses whole ownership. This is the “Lifestyle” concept in a Private Residence Club (PRC).

Synergy and appeal is critical for The Charlotte Club project. It will increase office and retail prices, rent and occupancy rates as well as accelerating absorption rates. Retail tenants may be willing to pay higher rents because of the increased customer traffic generated by the compatible and complementary uses. Fractional owners and renters of each component along with hotel guests can be attracted by the convenient location uptown for their work, dining, shopping and entertainment venues on and near the site.
